Swedish Massage- A variety of techniques designed to relax muscles, increase circulation, increase oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. A great stress reliever as well.
Deep tissue massage -focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissues in an effort to release chronic patterns of tension. The massage uses many of the same strokes as classic massage therapy, with the main difference lying in the fact that a deep tissue massage involves slower movements and the application of greater pressure.
Myofascial
Release- An effective hands on technique that involves
slow movements with limited to no lotions or oils. It involves
applying slow sustained pressure to eliminate pain and to aid in restoring
motion.
Hot Stones
Massage Relax with the thermodynamics of heated
stones. Stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands.
